Students seeking verification of marks and re-evaluation of CBSE Class 12 board examination results continued to face uncertainty on June 1, 2026, as the Board’s post-result portal remained inaccessible despite the revised launch schedule.
CBSE had earlier postponed the commencement of post-result activities and announced that the verification and re-evaluation portal would become operational from June 1 instead of the previously indicated date.

IIT experts involved in system review
As concerns over the digital evaluation ecosystem expanded, CBSE brought in experts from IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras to review and strengthen various technological components associated with the process.
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also stated that corrective measures would be undertaken wherever discrepancies were identified and assured that student grievances would be addressed.
Despite those interventions, students attempting to access re-evaluation services reported that the relevant portal link had not become functional as expected.
