2/7

Keep them motivated

Results will be badly affected if students are not able to cope up with exam stress. As parents, you need to make sure that your children are stress-free. Keep them motivated. Help them in planning, organising, and preparing a time table.

3/7

Help them

Help your child to develop his/her self confidence, discipline and self-direction. Make them emotionally stable and strong. Help them to pass through this stressful phase without any hassle.

4/7

Don't complicate things

No parents should displace their stress on children. And also, parents should refrain from mixing academic problems with family issues.

5/7

Appreciate them

Little things matter a lot. Appreciate when you see your child is doing good. Encourage when he/she wakes up early or burns the midnight oil to study. Encourage all the little effort.

6/7

Talk to them

Spend time with your children. Tell them exams are not the end of the world. Give them space to express their struggle and emotions. Moreover, be your children’s best friend and help them to go through the exam struggles.

7/7

Do not criticise

Parents should not nag children about their previous failures or results. This will impact the result. Try to be positive and spread positivity to your children as well.
