Country-made bomb hurled at TDP leader

Visakhapatnam: Director of Visakha Dairy and TDP leader G Satyanarayana was injured when unidentified persons hurled a country bomb at him at Kommalapudi in Butchaiahpeta police station limits in the district on Sunday evening.
According to sources, Satyanarayana was inspecting the Neeru-Chettu programme implemented at Kommalapudi along with his party colleagues when the unidentified persons hurled country-made bombs at him and escaped from the scene.Satyanarayana was rushed to a local hospital for first aid and sources said his condition was stable.
Police suspect a rival gang's involvement in the attack and have registered a case. A manhunt has been launched to find the miscreants.
