55-year-old killed by fellow beggar in Vizag

VISAKHAPATNAM: A 55-year-old beggar was murdered by another beggar near Gopalapatnam in Vizag city on Friday. Police are yet to establish the identity of the victim, while the accused was identified as P Prasad (50).
The victim was found in a pool of blood with his head smashed with a boulder. Both the victim and the accused used to beg outside Simhachalam railway station.
The victim had gone to a place near Gopalapatnam for shelter, where Prasad picked up a fight with him and in a fit of rage, smashed his head with a boulder killing him on the spot.
