TTD to construct 500 more temples in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Divulging the details following a review with officials of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad held in the temple city on Wednesday, TTD EO pointed out that the temple body which initiated steps and allocated funds for the construction of 500 temples across the twin Telugu states in the past, will now construct another 500 temples across AP and Telangana.

"TTD will establish a total of 1000 temples in the two Telugu states. We have allocated Rs.10 lakh to be spent for establishing each temple and towards creating the best of spiritual ambience at every temple being established by the TTD", asserted Dr KS

TTD will be spending Rs.100 crore towards establishing the 1000 temples in the two states.

TTD EO directed HDPP officials to come out with a route map linking all the temples established by the temple body in AP and Telangana and chalk out an action plan for the grand conduct of Srinivasa Kalyanams at these temples.
