As per Freedom from waste campaign, each local body has been directed to prepare waste management plan for respective areas based on data gathered from house survey. The inauguration of execution of various waste management schemes will be held on November 1. The mission aims at accomplishing all waste management initiatives by third week of March in 2018, said T N Seema, vice-chairperson, Haritha Keralam mission.
