Listing a few incomplete schemes, he said the ongoing railway line between Ranchi and Hazaribag is one and highlighted that once completed, the rail route will provide better services to the people of Hazaribag and Ramgarh districts. “It will be complete by December this year which will facilitate more long-distance trains via Hazaribag,” Sinha said.

“My other priority will be to complete the 500-bed super speciality hospital of

Hazaribag Medical College

which was inaugurated by the Prime Minister in February this year. This apart, completion of the modern airport will be one of my main priorities,” the minister said.

He also informed that Knowledge City project at a barren 50 acres of land near Vinoba Bhave will also be on the cards. “I aim to develop it on the pattern of those that exist in Bengaluru and Hyderabad,” Sinha said, adding, “There is a plan for setting up of a university in Ramgarh besides taking up drinking water projects to quench the parched Ramgarh and Hazaribag districts during summer.”
