Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net bankingWhatsApp Notification ServiceFrom slot booking to final registration, users will receive real-time updates through WhatsAppDigiLocker IntegrationRegistry documents will be automatically stored in India's DigiLocker, making them easily retrievableAuto Deed GenerationUpon entering property details on the official portal, the sale deed will be auto-generated. Previously, buyers had to wait months—or even years—for name changes in revenue documents. With this reform, the new buyer's name is updated instantly upon completion of the registry process
