Raipur: Chhattisgarh unveiled ‘ten revolutions'- a digital leap in registry and revenue Services aimed at overhauling its registry and revenue processes. CM Sai on Saturday launched the initiative to simplify, digitize, and bring transparency to services often seen as complex and bureaucratic.Aadhaar-Based Authentication – No More WitnessesRegistrations will now require only biometric verification via Aadhaar, eliminating the need for two physical witnessesOnline Document Search & DownloadCitizens can now search and download property documents online by entering the khasra (survey) number—no more queuing at the registry office for basic informationDigital Encumbrance CertificateAn essential document that shows whether a property is free from loans, claims, or mortgages can now be accessed online in just one clickIntegrated Cashless PaymentsStamp duty and registration fees, once paid through two separate steps, are now unified under a single digital platform. Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net bankingWhatsApp Notification ServiceFrom slot booking to final registration, users will receive real-time updates through WhatsAppDigiLocker IntegrationRegistry documents will be automatically stored in India's DigiLocker, making them easily retrievableAuto Deed GenerationUpon entering property details on the official portal, the sale deed will be auto-generated. It will be verified and stored in digital formatAt-Home Document Creation with DigiDocUsing a simplified digital platform, citizens can now create legal documents like affidavits, rent agreements, and contracts from home, complete with digital stampsHome-Based Registration – A First in IndiaThis reform allows full property registration to be completed from home. Users can generate documents, purchase e-stamps, and submit paperwork onlineAuto-Mutation – The Historic Final Step Auto-mutation will update land revenue records automatically after registration. Previously, buyers had to wait months—or even years—for name changes in revenue documents. With this reform, the new buyer's name is updated instantly upon completion of the registry process
