Minor molested in cyber cafe, one held

PUNE: The Koregaon Park police on Thursday arrested a 24-year-old employee of a cyber cafe for allegedly molesting a 14-year-old schoolgirl.
Police said the suspect, Mohan Rathod of Koregaon Park, has been charged under section 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) of the Indian Penal Code. The victim's 17-year-old brother has lodged a complaint with the Koregaon park police station.
Sub-inspector M H Tadvi said that on Thursday afternoon, the victim and her brother were at the cyber cafe for some work. "They encountered some problem while taking a print and asked Rathod for help. He instead molested the victim." tnnWe are investigating further," Tadvi said.
