ADG Gangwar, CID officer get Prez Police Medal
Patna: ADG Jitendra Singh Gangwar and DSP (CID) Rakesh Kumar Brahmchari from Bihar will receive the President’s
Fifteen other police personnel from the state, including nine officers, two havildars and four constables, have been selected for the Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
Those to receive Police Medal for Meritorious Service are DIG Shankar Jha and ASP Bina Kumari from vigilance investigation bureau, inspector Arjun Lal, ASI Mohammad Ramjan Alam and constable Chandra Prakash Singh of Special Task Force, inspector Umesh Lal Rajak, havildar Gautam Kumar and constable Nand Kishore Singh of special vigilance unit, ASI Randhir Kumar Singh posted at Gopalganj, ASI Sanjay Kumar posted at IG (operation) office, ASI Chandra Prakash Tiwari and constable Manish Kumar Gupta posted at DGP office, ASI Shreenarayan Singh and constable Dilip Kumar Singh from police headquarters and havildar Pritam Singh of BMP-5.
Police Medal
(PPM) for Distinguished Service. Their names were announced by the Union ministry of home affairs (MHA) on Friday on the eve of Republic Day.
