MUMBAI: Those planning their trips to Goa can avail of the two summer special services to be operated by the Central Railway between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai and Karmali.
Extra rush of passengers during the holiday season has led to the operation of these special trains that will also halt at Thane, informed railway officials.
Train No. 01021 Special will leave Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai at 23.55 hrs on 29.4.2016 and arrive Karmali at 11.20 hrs next day while on its return, 01022 Special will leave Karmali at 13.10 hrs on 30.4.2016 and will reach Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Mumbai at 23.50 hrs on the same same day
The trains will also halt at Dadar, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road and Thivim in both directions and will run with four AC 3-Tier, 15 Sleeper class and 2 General second class cum guards brake coaches.
The reservation for 01021 on special charges will open from April 28.
