Everyday Mumbai scenes

The city which had come to a standstill a few months ago is now coming back to life with the state government's Mission Begin Again. Saturday saw the usual hustle and bustle at Mumbai's iconic Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus with people rushing to catch the local train, pedestrians waiting to cross the street and vehicles plying in and out of the railway station premises. Protest against Sanjay Rathod

Low visibility near Kamothe

New CS Sitaram Kunte

IAS officer Sitaram Kunte has been appointed as the chief secretary of Maharashtra, while his batchmate Praveen Pardeshi has been superseded. The orders will be issued on Saturday evening and the file has been signed by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.

CSMT Heritage gully

CSMT Heritage gully, which is home to several British Era engines and cranes will now have two more locomotives and a rail bus on display. Hrithik's statement against Kangana

Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan on Saturday recorded his statement with the Mumbai Crime Branch in an ongoing case filed against actress Kangana Ranaut. As per reports, the statement being recorded is with regards to an e-mail exchange case between Hrithik and Kangana that took place a few years ago.
