Mumbai: Door-to-door Covid-19 vaccination begins for bedridden people

The vaccination has begun for those who are bedridden due to various physical or medical reasons.
On Friday, several bedridden inmates at Dr Niranjan Wagh’s home for the aged in Jogeshwari were administered their vaccine doses.
Among those vaccinated were people above the age of 75 years, and at least three were above the age of 95. Most people haven’t met their families and loved ones in more than a year.
The vaccination is being done with the help of the NGO Project Mumbai.
The civic body has also sought details such as names, ages, addresses, contact numbers of persons who are bedridden and want to be vaccinated.

This is all hogwash . Free Vaccines are not available for common people . All vaccines that centre has provided the state end up in Pvt hospitals . If you wish for a vaccine than you have to pay 800 atleast . Whole Mumbai is in lockdown . No trains , no buses for common people . Mumbai is on its deatbed .Read allPost comment
