The Manipal University has signed a memorandum of understanding with learning institute Safeducate by which it will impart training on supply chain and logistics to the students of the varsity.

Manipal: The Manipal University has signed a memorandum of understanding with learning institute Safeducate by which it will impart training on supply chain and logistics to the students of the varsity.
The MoU between Centre for Supply Chain Education and Research (CSCER), department of commerce, Manipal University, and Safeducate Learning Pvt Ltd, part of Safexpress Logistics, was signed to provide internship and training on supply chain management.

The MoU has an internship programme of eight weeks, split into two weeks of classroom-based training, including interactive techniques, role plays, games, assessment tools and discussions, and six weeks of training conducted at Safeeducate training centres across India. The signatories were Narayana Sabhahit, registrar, Manipal University; and Surjeet Singh Kainth, Lead Institution Alliance, Safeducate Learning Pvt Ltd. Abhishek Rao, assistant professor, department of commerce, is the programme coordinator for the CSCER. tnn
