Ludhiana: After witnessing team India's consistent victory throughout the tournament, every cricket enthusiast was hoping India to qualify for the finals. Cricket fans couldn't be more disappointed with India being knocked out of the T-20 World Cup tournament, in their last match with West Indies.
Mayank Kumar who is a district level cricketer said, "The way our team bowled, disappointed me.

It was one of their poor performances. However I still support team India,"
"I am a huge Virat Kholi fan and in this world cup he has shined like a star, from batting to fielding and even blowing in the semi-finals. I remember his disappointed face after the West Indies player hit a six to finish the mach. Indian cricketers have won hearts" said Priya Tripathi, a BSc student.
"In the entire tournament, Indian cricketer never played like a team. It was either a Kohli match or Dhoni match. Our openers failed to score moreover one or two bowlers managed to impress. Indian team needs to work on their openers and blowers" said another cricket fan, Tarun Kumar.
Nitish Sharma a cricket enthusiastic posted in Facebook, "No matter whether India won or lost, it would always remain champion".
Despite the fact that India lost the match, we had some bunch of supporters from city, who poured there love and support for team India in Facebook and other social networking sites.

Residents share their on-ground experience from Mumbai
India vs West Indies, was definitely one nerve wrecking match. The feeling of seeing the match live on the ground is all together a different one.
Vikram Thapar from model town says, "I went from Ludhiana, to Mumbai to watch the match. Bring the cricket fanatic that I am, I could travel all the way just to see my team playing on grounds. Adding he says,"
Though seeing them playing was a treat to our eyes, there hardwork was shown. But when they lost we all had tears in our eyes, including the players. Our patriotic feeling got more strong..it was time for more support.
Another resident, Sunny Kalra from Model town says, "I went to see the match in Mohali as well as Mumbai. They played well in both the matches,"
Adding he says, "I have seen our team winning and we celebrated, now they lost still we are with them, appreciating how well they played. Though it's hard to see our team losing, but it's matter of luck. Just another bad day,"
Sharing there experience Sunny added," I have never seen such intense atmosphere, we could not belive that we are on a cricket ground. Almost every Indian wa in tear and felt very bad.
