Aujla elected chairman of taxation inspectors’ assn

Ludhiana: The Ludhiana unit of Excise and Taxation Inspectors’ Association elected its new office bearers on Friday. Hardeep Singh Ahuja was elected as the chairman of the association, while Lapinder Kumar Sharma has been elected as the president. Karamjit Kaur was elected as the senior vice-president, Sanjay Kumar Setia and Arush Ghai, both have been elected as general secretaries. Mandeep Singh and Habil Lucky were elected as vice-presidents. Ahuja said, “All of the office bearers have vowed to work for the betterment of the members and entire fraternity, besides we have also decided that this year we will also organise social activities like tree plantation and cleanliness drives. The association will also ensure that we stand up for the rights of our colleagues and members.”Other office bearers of the association include press secretaries Poonam Bains and Najar Singh, joint secretariesVarinder Singh and Renu Bala, finance secretaries Brajesh Malhotra and Sunny Grover, joint finance secrataries Sanjay Kumar Dhingra and Kuldeep Garg, chief advisors Atampreet Singh and Rajan Sehgal, joint press secretary Riazuddin Ansari, legal advisors Hardeep Singh Bains and Rishi Verma, IT cell incharges Vijay Kumar and Bikramjit Singh Ghai.
