LUCKNOW: The UP Tourism Directorate is all set to give the Martyrs Memorial or 'Shaheed Smarak' a unique landmark identity. The spot is well on its way to emerge as a centre where history will be combined with recreational activities to give a rich glimpses of the country and city's past.
