Kakori Shaheed Smarak park to go international

LUCKNOW: The Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAEVP) has stated that the 'Kakori Shaheed Smarak Park' to come up at Hardoi road will be an international park, dedicated to freedom fighters who gave their lives in the 'Kakori case'.

LUCKNOW: The Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAEVP) has stated that the ''Kakori Shaheed Smarak Park'' to come up at Hardoi road will be an international park, dedicated to freedom fighters who gave their lives in the ''Kakori case''.
Addressing a press conference after the board''s meeting, housing commissioner, VN Garg, said they were also going to step up work for the Kalindi 1 Park, in the Vrindavan scheme near the SGPGI.

Moreover, they had decided to allot a 10-square-feet land at an appropriate location to Parag in each of their schemes to ensure that the residents got pure and fresh milk, said Garg. The UPAEVP has also decided to develop all the villages that came under the parishad schemes for which they had set a sum of Rs 2 lakh per acre up to a maximum of Rs 25 lakh per village for kharanja, drainage, electrification and water facilities.
Besides, the parishad has decided to allocate Rs 80 lakh for dredging and desilting in the river Gomati.
