Lucknow Nagar Nigam is never concerned with any civic work. Here they are happy, as long as they get baksheesh. The smart city Lucknow One app is just to enable the citizens to register their complaint after complaint and then stop the same after getting frustrated by LMC's sheer habit of pretending ignorance.
