Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla meets Yogi Adityanath in Gorakhpur, discusses cultural development

GORAKHPUR: Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla visited Gorakhnath Temple on Tuesday morning and met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath there after performing darshan and pujan of Guru Gorakhnath. The chief minister welcomed him.

During the meeting Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla gifted shawl and Himachali topi to the CM. They discussed cultural development and other important issues of mutual interest.

The governor tweeted about his meeting with CM Yogi on Himachal Pradesh Rajbhawan Twitter handle and posted that he prayed to Gorakshnath ji for the prosperity and safety of all.

CM Yogi, before meeting the governor, performed puja of Guru Gorakhnath and Gurudev Brahammleen Mahant Avaidyanath at his samadhi and also took a tour of Gorakhnath Temple campus and served cows. He fed them gram and jaggery. The CM also fed the ducks at Bheem Sarover on the temple campus.
