Cops set to issue notice against 3 aides of Ponzi scheme accused
Kanpur: Police is set to issue a notice against three individuals whose names have surfaced alongside Ponzi scheme accused Ravindranath Soni, in connection with the alleged defrauding of more than 700 people from various countries of about and is expected to cross Rs 1,000 crore.Gurmeet Kaur, Divya and Suraj Jumani—have been identified as directors, managers and administrators in Soni's Bluechip and related companies. Commissionerate police are compiling a report and gathering evidence.
Ravindranath Soni, a resident of Malviya Nagar in Delhi, was arrested in Kanpur in a Rs 42.29 lakh fraud case. Fifteen FIRs have been filed so far, and investors from Dubai, Malaysia and other countries have emailed complaints. In the coming days, some more complainants are likely to visit the Police Commissioner. An initial SIT investigation found that, besides Bluechip, investments had been solicited in 12 other companies, five to six of which were registered under the same licence. A senior SIT officer later stated that investments had been solicited in 17 other companies besides Bluechip, with four based in India and six registered under the same licence. Police sources said roles of manager, director and admin were assigned in these companies, and that Gurmeet is from Mumbai, Divya from Delhi and Suraj Jumani from South India. To prevent them from leaving the country, lookout notices may be issued at airports nationwide. ADCP East Anjali Vishwakarma confirmed that "lookout notices will be issued for Gurmeet, Divya, and Suraj Jumani". Investigators also found an account in the name of Soni's ex-wife Swati, containing records of multiple money transfers. The SIT discovered a photo album featuring Sonu Sood, Deepika Padukone, Dino Morea, Jacqueline Fernandez, Khali and other celebrities. Police said the Ponzi scheme mastermind and his companies hold 44 bank accounts and assets worth Rs 37 crore. The total defrauded amount has now reached Rs 1,500 crore. Wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, also known as Khali, will receive a reminder within 1–2 days for not responding to a notice. The SIT issued notices to actor Sonu Sood and wrestler Khali. Sonu responded through his lawyers, but officials did not accept it, stating that the SIT has prepared a list of 244 questions that require his presence in Kanpur. Meanwhile, Khali has not responded and SIT officials may issue a reminder notice.

There is a very infamous fraud Ponzi scheme called QNET, everybody must beware of it. The fraudsters of QNET have looted lakhs of middle-class Indians and they are going on holidays to Malaysia, Thailand, Dubai and other abroad places.
