New flights to Port Blair, Ahmedabad

Kolkata: The city will get two new flights from next week, one to Ahmedabad and the other to Port Blair.The inaugural flights to both destinations will start from Nov 13. While the Ahmedabad flight will be operated six days a week, the flight to Port Blair will be three times a week. "The flight to Ahmedabad will operate on all days except Tuesdays. On the other hand, the flight to Port Blair will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays," said travel agent Anjani Dhanuka.Flight QP 1925 from Ahmedabad will reach Kolkata at 7.50 am. The return flight — QP 1926 — will depart at 8.30 am on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays and at 2.20 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The flight to Port Blair will depart at 8.30 am, while the return flight will reach Kolkata at 1.40 pm.
