Addressing the programme as chief guest, block head Shivrajpur Shubham Bajpei stated that the health of our fields is deteriorating day by day. To improve field health, it is necessary to know the level of nutrients present in the soil, for which soil testing is essential, followed by the use of nutrients in balanced quantities. For this, he emphasized the use of cow dung manure, vermi compost, compost, natural farming, and green manure. He also stressed the adoption of crop rotation and selection of crops suitable to the field.
