JDA gets record no. of online applications in May
Jaipur: Record numbers of applications had been made through the digital platforms of the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) in May, a release issued by the civic body Tuesday said.
According to the release, JDA has resolved 2,845 applications out of 3,119 made in May. “The JDA is continuously working towards expanding citizen amenities and making the service delivery system more transparent and accountable,” stated Siddharth Mahajan, JDA commissioner.
The highest number of applications accepted on the digital platforms in May are of e-pattas (lease/freehold deeds). JDA issued 1,976 e-pattas in May.
Additionally, 429 cases regarding the transfer of ownership were successfully resolved. and 148 cases related to sub-division and reorganisation were sorted out. Around 13 One-Time Lease Certificates (OTLC) were also issued in May.
“We are continuously strengthening our digital process to ensure that every citizen receives high-quality services within the stipulated timeframe,” stated Mahajan.
