Imphal: The birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was observed at the martyrs’ memorial complex in Bishnupur district’s Moirang in a low-key manner on Tuesday. On April 14, 1944, during World War II, the INA/Azad Hind Fauz flag was first unfurled at Moirang by commander of Bahadur Group, Col Saukat Hayat Malik.
