sivaprasad, they said, had been given a clean chit by the cbi in the bomb blast case that had occurred in his house in 1999 elections, which had claimed four lives. in the case of ramasubba reddy representing jammalamadugu constituency in rayalaseema, they said the allegations of criminal assault had not been proved in courts. referring to the dissident activity that had sparked off following dropping of certain ministers and the allegations by some party leaders that the party president n chandrababu naidu was succumbing to pressures from persons who were behaving like extra constitutional authorities, they said it was an initial outburst of anger. tdp is a disciplined party with functional democracy and hence nothing much should be read into it, they added. meanwhile, naidu has asked the ministers of the district which are facing dissent to talk to the individual leaders and pacify them. t devender goud, who is at the centre of criticism for not allowing any leader from ranga reddy district get into the cabinet, reportedly spoke to the district leaders and explained about the constraints being faced by naidu.
