Sharada takes charge of urban authority

VIJAYAWADA: Dr Kolli Sharada on Sunday assumed charge as the chairperson of the Vijayawada-Guntur-Tenali-Mangalagiri Urban Development Authority. She is the first woman to head the UDA.
