<div class="section1"><div class="Normal"><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">VIJAYWADA: The first head rolled on Friday over the macabre murder of Ravuri Sri Laxmi, 24-year-old master of computer application student at the Sarada College Post-graduate Centre here, earlier this week.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">An inspector of the Anti-Goonda Squad (AGS), Laxmipathi, was suspended by Vijaywada police commissioner Tenneti Krishna Prasad for having failed to act on a complaint filed by Sri Laxmi against Y Manohar, her classmate and killer.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-family:="" arial="" font-size:="">On October 18, 2003, Sri Laxmi had complained to the then commissioner of police that Manohar had been tormenting her in the "name of love".
