Uttam condemned the arrest of City Congress president Anjan Kumar Yadav when he started to stage a dharna against bad roads. Opposition leader in the council Md Ali Shabbir said that he has been told that a pregnant woman travelling in an auto to the hospital delivered the baby in the auto itself due to bad condition of roads in the city.
Anjan said KCR cannot scare him by unleashing police power against him and said people were vexed with the ruling TRS and are waiting to oust the KCR government from power.
