Ariv, Ankolika and Shanaya triumph

Hyderabad: Ariv Dutta of National Centre of Excellence, Kolkata upset top seed Krish Vinodh (Tamil Nadu) 9-11, 11-9,11-4, 11-4 to clinch the U-11 boys title in the the UTT National ranking championships here on Tuesday. In the girls category, Ankolika Chakraborty of West Bengal and Shanaya Tyagi of Delhi won the U-13 and U-11 titles respectively. In the finals, Ankolika scored an easy 11-3, 11-4, 11-3 win over Rajni Shah (NCOE) while in the U-11 final, local hope Venkata Mahima Krishna fought went down to Shanaya 11-10, 7-11, 11-8, 11-8.
