SWR extends service of summer special trains
Hubballi: To cater to the increased passenger demand during the ongoing summer season, South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to extend the services of several summer special trains.
Train No. 07355, Hubballi to Rameswaram, Running on Sundays, was earlier notified up to May 31, now has been extended from June 7, to 28, operating for 4 additional trips. Train No. 07356, Rameswaram to Hubballi, Running on Mondays, was earlier notified up to June 1, has now been extended from June 8, to 29, operating for 4 additional trips. Train No. 07313, Hubballi to Kollam, Running on Sundays, was earlier notified up to May 24, has now been extended from May 31, to June 21, operating for 3 additional trips. This service stands cancelled on June 7, due to engineering works. Train No. 07314, Kollam to Hubballi, Running on Mondays, was earlier notified up to May 25, has now been extended from June 1, to 22, operating for 3 additional trips. This service stands cancelled on June 8, due to engineering works.
Train No. 06523, SMVT Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram Central, Running on Mondays, was earlier notified up to May 25, has now been extended from June 1, 22, operating for 4 additional trips. Train No. 06524, Thiruvananthapuram Central to SMVT Bengaluru, Running on Tuesdays, was earlier notified up to May 26, has now been extended from June 2, to 23, operating for 4 additional trips. Train No. 06547 (SMVT Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram Central): Running on Wednesdays, this service was earlier notified up to May 27, 2026. It has now been extended from June 3, 2026, to June 24, 2026, operating for 4 additional trips. Train No. 06548, Thiruvananthapuram Central to SMVT Bengaluru, Running on Thursdays, was earlier notified up to May 28, has now been extended from June 4, to 25, operating for 4 additional trips.
Train No. 06555, SMVT Bengaluru to Thiruvananthapuram Central, Running on Fridays, was earlier notified up to May 29, has now been extended from June 19, to 26, operating for 2 additional trips. This service stands cancelled on June 5, and 12, due to engineering works. Train No. 06556, Thiruvananthapuram Central to SMVT Bengaluru, Running on Sundays, was earlier notified up to May 31, has now been extended from June 21, to 28, operating for 2 additional trips. This service stands cancelled on June 7, and 14, due to engineering works.
These trains will continue to operate with their existing timings, stoppages, composition, without any changes

It has now been extended from June 3, 2026, to June 24, 2026, operating for 4 additional trips. Train No. 06548, Thiruvananthapuram Central to SMVT Bengaluru, Running on Thursdays, was earlier notified up to May 28, has now been extended from June 4, to 25, operating for 4 additional trips.
