Defence secretary G Mohan Kumar visits Tezpur, Tawang

Guwahati: Union defence secretary G Mohan Kumar visited the Tezpur-based Gajraj Corps and discussed a wide range of operational and infrastructure issues.

Kumar held comprehensive talks with Lt Gen D Anbu, GOC Gajraj Corps, on Army deployment in the area. He arrived in Tezpur on a two-day visit on Thursday.

He visited Tawang and other border areas, and was satisfied with the infrastructure development projects of the Army and the Air Force in the region.
