Congress’s South Goa candidate Capt Viriato Fernandes is confident that five MLAs from the INDIA bloc, who represent South Goa, are enough to defeat BJP. “It’s like Mahabharata: Five Pandavas defeated the Kauravas. Five Pandavas in South Goa—Yuri Alemao, Altone D’Costa, Venzy Viegas, Cruz Silva and Vijai Sardesai—are enough. BJP is terrified. They are coming at night with bags of money,” he said.
