Overall, 35 lakh diyas were lit across Ayodhya with every home, mutt, temple, and ashram getting illuminated. More than 30,000 volunteers from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, colleges, inter-colleges, and NGOs played a key role in lighting the lamps by adding oil and wicks.
