NEW DELHI: The Delhi international airport has been adjudged the best in the "over 40 million passengers" category in the Asia-Pacific region for 2024. It previously secured this title for six consecutive years between 2018 and 2023.
Airport Service Quality Airport Experience Awards, which are presented by Airports Council International, are regarded as the gold standard in airport experience.
Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO, DIAL, said, "This award is validation of our ongoing commitment to improving passenger experience, enhancing operational excellence, and promoting the airport as an aviation hub welcoming travellers from around the globe."
The awards ceremony will take place on Sept 10 in Guangzhou, China.
