Lack of drinking water in Cuttack, claims PM

Cuttack: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said the BJD govt has not provided drinking water properly to Cuttack, even though the city is surrounded by rivers. Addressing a public meeting at Baliyatra ground here, Modi said, “Cuttack is surrounded by rivers, but drinking water is a big problem here because this govt has stopped a related project.”He added, “In the last 10 years, the BJP govt has given top priority to education and other sectors, which will bring jobs in Cuttack too.”TNN
