Stalin has learnt at the feet of his venerable father, the able ancient fossil, who seems to have groomed him well! In one fell sweep he met both his counterpart, as well as the Union Finance minister (also hailing from the gullible State of Tamilnad) to put forth his plea! We hope he succeeds in his effort, for he seems to truly walk in the footsteps of his father.
