5gX Global Proptech to invest Rs 100cr for pan-India expansion

Chennai: 5gX Global Proptech, an AI-based network platform, will invest Rs 100 crore for pan-India expansion over the next three years. The investments will be through its brand CROTIS, an ownership services marketplace platform, handling valuation services for residential and commercial properties, legal due diligence and documentation. Sudhakar Vijayasarathy, managing director, 5gX Global Proptech said, the company has presence in 82 districts across five states. "We are expanding our services to a total of 436 districts across India. Our investments will be in areas including product and technology development and compliance infrastructure," he said. It is collaborating with The Institution of Valuers (IOV), a professional body of the valuation fraternity, to further strengthen governance, verification, and quality assurance in valuation services. Vinay K Goel, honorary general secretary, IOV said, the institution will support credential verification, validation of professional standing, and alignment with recognised valuation standards.
