MC executive officer K K Jain said that in the scheduled meeting, discussions will be held as to whether the toilets will be build in each park or a survey would be required to identify these parks where the toilets will be made.
Apart from toilets in parks, MC has purposed computerization of its office and works related with recarpeting of many roads, maintenance of parks and bill clearance of various contractors in the agenda of the meeting.
Also, MC plans to propose the purchase of one JCB machine and mobile toilet. While MC had called councillors for meeting on Monday, the annual budget is yet to be approved by Haryana government. It was on March 21 when under the chairmanship of Panchkula additional deputy commissioner (ADC) Sanjeev Verma, MC officials and city councilors passed the budget of Rs 66 crore for the year 2011-'12. But the budget awaits a final nod from Haryana's local bodies department.
