Newborn’s body found from bushes in Hisar

Hisar: Unknown persons chopped off the hand of a newborn child and threw his body in the bushes in Hisar city. Police have recovered the body and registered a case and started an investigation.
Hisar police said the city police station have registered a case on the complaint of Manoj Yadav of Hisar, against unknown persons. Yadav said he was walking near Yadav Dharamshala when he saw the severed hand.When he looked around, he saw the body of a newborn child wrapped in red clothes in the bushes. tnn
