2 striking Haryana employees held

PANCHKULA: Two members of the striking Haryana Employees, Des Raj Lamba and Sube Singh, were arrested on Tuesday by Panchkula Police from Sector 34, Chandigarh where they were holding a meeting. Arrest warrants had earlier been issued against them by police station, Sector 5, Chandigarh, under sections 506, 323, 353 of the IPC and ESMA. They will be produced before chief judicial magistrate Ved Pal Gupta on Wednesday.
