ABVP backs CBSE’s 3-language policy
Bhubaneswar: CBSE’s move to implement the three-language policy is a significant step towards strengthening Indian languages, protecting linguistic diversity, and promoting national integration, ABVP national general secretary Virendra Singh Solanki said on Friday at the opening of the organisation’s three-day national executive council meeting in Bhubaneswar. Solanki said ABVP supports the policy and urged that it be seen not through linguistic elitism but as a measure for educational empowerment, wider promotion of Indian languages, and national unity. Solanki said ABVP considers the initiative an important instrument for improving education quality and reinforcing national integration, and the council will also work on suggestions and future action plans.
