Reports of stone pelting on the Vande Bharat Express have emerged from various parts of India, causing property damage, injuries, and heightened security concerns.


On January 2, 2023, stones were thrown at the Vande Bharat Express running between Howrah and New Jalpaiguri near Malda, West Bengal, causing damage to two window panes.

Shoot at sight is the only solution. Not rubber bullets or tear gas. A law like in the time of British must be reintroduced to arrest and imprison anyone Walking near railway tracks . The tracks can be monitored by UAVs or even quadrocopters and videos can be sent to control room in real time. The Armed escorts of RPF must open fire after a few warning shots. The stone pelting will cease within a week.
