Dhanak the carnival of togetherness

A cultural fiesta organized by the

ANSH Happiness Society

of

Bhopal

saw the participation of enthusiast from all the communities of the city. Through the event, the volunteers wanted to send out a strong message of togetherness. The event started with a motivational lecture by Poonam Shroti who shared the ups and downs of her life and said that no matter what happens the show must go on. After this specially abled national badminton player Gauranshi Sharma talked to the audience through sign language through which she said that anything could be achieved through hard work and dedication.

This was followed by the session by Devi Rani who talked about the social evils which the transgender community has to face. After these sessions, internet sensation Sanjeev Shrivastav also known as dancing uncle put the stage on fire through his performance. An open mic session was also organized where the ones who wanted to present their poems and songs had the platform all to themselves. The event concluded with the street play on article 377 by Yuva
