Mohsin Ahmed gets Urdu Sahitya Academy award

has been honoured a with special award instituted by the

Urdu Sahitya Academy

in recognition of his literary and advocacy efforts.

Besides promotion of Urdu through different platforms, Ahmed was also instrumental in ensuring the language becomes a medium for answering the National Eligibility cum

Entrance Test

(NEET) at the undergraduate level.

Ahmed said, “The honour from the apex literary body has boosted my as well as my team’s morale. We will ensure concerted efforts for conservation and spread of Urdu besides continuing our other advocacy measures.”
