Training for military school teachers ends in Ajmer

Ajmer: A six-day training programme, named 'Manthan,' aimed at equipping the teachers of all Rashtriya Military Schools with the knowledge and understanding of the new National Education Policy. The objective was to prepare students to overcome challenges and successfully enter the portals of the National Defence Academy (NDA). The programme culminated at the Rashtriya Military School in Ajmer on Saturday.Colonel Amardeep Singh, the principal of the school, emphasized the significance of this training programme for in-service teachers. He highlighted that the purpose was to empower them to utilize innovative teaching methods and practices acquired during the programme, ultimately enhancing the quality of education provided to the students. The program commenced on June 19 and concluded on Saturday.On the final day of the programme, the former principal, Colonel (retired) A Shekhar, conducted two enlightening sessions. The focus was on understanding the expectations and challenges faced by teachers in the twenty-first century. Principal Colonel Amardeep expressed satisfaction with the range of sessions conducted by subject experts during the programme.
