SP dissolves Mainpuri’s district unit

, were burnt by a group of workers aligned to party’s sitting MP Tej Pratap, who has been denied the ticket in favour of Mulayam Singh Yadav.


Pratap’s supporters, wearing red caps, burnt the effigy of Ram Gopal Yadav to protest against the party’s decision to give the seat to MSY. They also shouted slogans against Ram Gopal Yadav and accused him of “cutting” Tej Pratap’s ticket.
