Suzuki Motorcycle today announced the launch of OBD 2 compliant Access, Avenis and Burgman street scooters. The scooters are also E20-ready and will be able to run on 20 per cent ethanol-blended fuel.
The price for the Access 125 starts from Rs 79,400 and goes up to 89,500, the price for the Avenis starts from Rs 92,000 and goes up to 92,300 and the price for the Suzuki Burgman Street starts from Rs 93,000 and goes up to 97,000 (all prices Ex-showroom).
The Suzuki Access 125 is available in Standard, special and Ride connect editions. The standard edition is available in Drum and Disc brake options whereas the Special and Ride connect editions get disc brakes as standard. Avenis is available in standard and Race editions and Burgman street is available in standard and Ride connect editions.
Suzuki Avenis gets a new Metallic Sonic Silver and Metallic Triton Blue colour scheme and the Burgman Street is now available in the Pearl Matte Shadow Green shade.
As mentioned previously all engines are now OBD-2 and E20 compliant. The scooters get On-board Diagnostics System that detects emissions in real-time. All three scooters get the same 125 cc, fuel-injected, single-cylinder engine which produces 8.5 bhp at 6,750 rpm and 10 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The engine comes paired with a CVT transmission.
