Antony mourns Scindia

thiruvananthapuram: kerala chief minister a k antony, his cabinet colleagues, veteran congress leader k karunakaran and kerala pradesh congress committee president k muraleedharan were among those who expressed shock and grief over the death of senior congress leader madhavrao scindia in a plane crash on sunday. the chief minister said the tragic death of scindia, a popular leader, was an irreparable loss to the party.as a congress working committee member, he had a long association with scindia. the kpcc announced a week-long mourning. the kpcc president said scindia's death occurred at a time when the nation, especially the congress party, needed him the most. karunakaran also recalled his longstanding association with scindia.
